Hey! 👋
Welcome! I'm CaiCai (or Wesley). I'm a product designer and the co-founder & CPO of YouMind. I'm currently building my startup and would love to connect—feel free to reach out through the channels below.
Work experience
In the past few years, my career journey has kept evolving. I started as a designer, moved into interaction design, grew into a product designer, and eventually became a product manager.
I have years of team leadership experience at Ant Group, covering AI, engineering efficiency, and program management.
After many years at Ant Group, I founded Mind Bicycle and now serve as Chief Product Officer to build new kinds of product tools.

Some of my life stories
Enjoying life is the source of inner happiness and the motivation to keep improving.
Product principles I believe in
Every product designer should have their own set of principles to hold onto. These beliefs are the result of the years I’ve spent exploring what makes a great designer and a meaningful product.
Why did you become a product designer? What was the first dream that pulled you into this space? The journey will tempt you with ego and distractions, so remind yourself of the original intention every time you make a decision.
We obsess over keeping the experience simple for users, yet we should do the same for ourselves. Clear thinking requires clearing away the unnecessary, otherwise judgement gets lost in noise.
Great products go beyond patching issues. They address the underlying tension so we don't end up fixing the same problem over and over again.
Products aren't just interfaces—they can have a voice, an attitude, and a way to connect emotionally with people. Treat them as living companions to your users.
The pursuit of control often leads to unnecessary complexity. Define what matters, deliver just enough, and give the experience room to breathe.
Products live or die by user trust. Deeply understand their behavior, deliver what matters most, and let reputation compound over time.
Iteration means evaluating honestly. When a feature doesn't deliver, be brave enough to retire it and free the team to build the next right thing.
